Red Bear Inn Policies


GUEST POLICIES

We are a small, family run inn and we love our guests! We have policies in place to make sure you have a happy, healthy, and comfortable stay.

We require a valid creditcard for all reservations. An invalid or declined credit card will result in a loss of reservation.

During our busy season, May 29-September 4th, we have a 7 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. YOUR CARD IS CHARGED 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. WE DO NOT REFUND STAYS CANCELLED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.

You must call to cancel. We do not accept email cancellations. 

Outside of that time, we do NOT refund stays cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. This includes no-shows, and early vacancies. Your card will be charged for your stay 72 hours before arrival.

NO PETS. We do not allow pets in any room, at any time. Your choice to bring an animal into your room results in a $250 additional cleaning charge to remove pet hair, stains, and odor. You will not receive a refund for the nightly fee.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR MARIJUANA use inside the rooms. We have a designated smoking area outside between the buildings on the ground floor for your pleasure. Your choice to smoke or vape in your room results in a charge of $300 for non-smoking restoration.

Check in is 3:00 p.m. Due to our high occupancy rates, early check-ins are not available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Check out is 11:00 a.m. You may simply leave your curtains open as you leave. You do not need to come to the lobby. If you leave in the morning but plan to return before checking out, please leave the Do Not Disturb magnet on your door.

If you leave an item behind, we are happy to ship it to you. We will use the credit card on file for shipping plus a $25 packaging and service fee.

Quiet time at the Red Bear Inn is 10pm to 7am. If we receive a complaint about your noise level, you will receive a verbal warning. On the second complaint, you will be asked to leave our property with no refund.

Damaged or missing items will be charged at any cost associated with replacement. Unreasonably damaged furniture, blankets, towels, and sheets will also be purchased by the guest at the cost associated with replacement.

By entering the room with your code, you have conveyed that you have agreed to our policies. Failure to read the policies has been circumvented by the action of using the code.
